Ask a questionHow does per-HS-code pricing work?
You choose how many HS codes to follow and get full access to everything under them. Export only frozen shrimp? Take the 1-code plan. Add coffee and you'd move to the 2-code plan.
What if my product spans several HS codes?
Each code counts once. Frozen shrimp and processed shrimp, for example, are two codes. We'll help you pick the codes you actually trade so you don't overpay.
Can I switch HS codes later?
Yes, any time. You're billed on how many codes are in your plan, not which ones.
Can I upgrade mid-term?
Yes. Move to a plan with more codes when you add products, and we'll tell you the difference to pay.
How do billing and VAT invoices work?
Pay yearly (cheaper) or monthly. Every paid plan comes with a Vietnamese VAT invoice.
How often is the data updated?
Records come from lawful sources and are updated on a regular schedule. You'll get an alert when something moves on a code you watch.
