Terms of Use

The rules for using the SopexData website and platform: accounts, plans and how you may use the data. This English version is for convenience; if it differs from the Vietnamese version, the Vietnamese version applies.

01Scope

These terms apply when you visit sopexdata.com or use the SopexData platform. SopexData is operated by MASTERPIECE COMPANY LIMITED (tax code 0319594742), referred to here as “we” or “us”.

By creating an account or using the platform, you accept these terms. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm that the company has authorized you to do so.

02Your account

Give us accurate sign-up details and keep them current. You are responsible for keeping your login and password safe and for all activity under your account.

If you notice unauthorized access to your account, tell us right away by phone or through the contact form.

03Plans and payment

  • The free plan previews all five tools. Company names and shipment details are hidden.
  • Paid plans are priced by the number of HS codes you get full access to, billed monthly or yearly. Current prices are on the Pricing.
  • You can switch HS codes at any time. Fees depend only on the number of codes in your plan.
  • If you move to a plan with more HS codes, you pay the difference.
  • Every paid plan comes with a Vietnamese VAT invoice.

Refunds and renewals follow the order form or contract signed with each customer.

04Using the data

SopexData data is for your own company's market research, partner search and business decisions. You may not:

  • Resell, rent out or republish the data as another data product.
  • Use automated tools to bulk-download, copy or scrape the platform.
  • Share your account with another organization.
  • Use the data to send spam, harass anyone or break the law.

Excel and CSV exports are for internal use within your company only.

05Sources and accuracy

Data on the platform is collected from lawful sources and updated regularly. We work to keep it accurate and complete, but we do not guarantee it is error-free or fit for every specific purpose.

Treat it as reference material. Before you sign, ship or pay a counterparty, do your own checks.

06Intellectual property

The software, interface, the way data is compiled and presented, and the SopexData name and logo belong to us. These terms give you no intellectual property rights beyond using the platform under your plan.

07Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches section 4 after notifying you, unless we need to act immediately to prevent harm. You can stop using the service at any time by contacting us.

The platform may be briefly unavailable for maintenance or upgrades. We give notice before longer planned maintenance.

08Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from business decisions based on platform data. Our total liability to you is capped at the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version is posted here with its date. For significant changes, we notify paying customers using their registered contact details.

10Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Disputes are first settled by negotiation. If that fails, either party may take the matter to the competent court in Ho Chi Minh City.
